Oakland, California native Samyell, inspired by artists/producers such as M.J. Prince, Babyface, Timbaland, Ginuwine, Pharrell, comes on to the scene with an infectious jazz infused R&B anthem “Lose Yourself” - produced by Osinachi Nwaneri (T.I., Ciara, Black Eyed Peas). The song hit #1 on Hype Machineand was listed on Spotify Fresh Finds.

After spending the last few years producing and songwriting for film and TV in Hollywood he’s now ready to tell his narrative.

When he’s not creating, he runs a not for profit organization, teaching art and music culture in the communities in Sacramento, California.
